It is all up to you, but the important thing is that it is vital for your survival and success.

Secondly, training is essential especially for new recruits. A training program must always be a part of your business building program. An equipped and knowledgeable new recruit is confident to face prospect clients even if they are new to this business.
THE RIGHT MARKETING
Marketing is third. Conference calls, websites, display ads, autoresponder series, audio products, and telephone scripts should be in hand and must be prepared by an experienced and professional marketer. These will help the distributors market the products.
TELEPHONE SKILLS
Fourth, telephone skills in necessary, it is important to build relationships with your new distributors and in recruiting as well. Network marketing is a people business and the human voice helps establish rapport in a more personal level.
RECOGNITION
Last of all is recognition. We must recognize top performing distributors for it helps encourage them and others as well.
